We are delighted to have Mr Steven Clift, White House Champion of Change for Open Government, to share his experiences of engaging communities over the past two decades. + 史蒂芬‧克里夫特（Steven Clift）是一位使用數位科技影響世界的先驅。他的推特帳號是@democracy。2013年，他獲頒白宮「開放政府」的改變使者頭銜；早在20多年前，他就已開始從事網路創新工作。1994年，他以志工的身分創立了全球第一個選舉資訊網站E-democracy.org。他「晝為官，夜為民」的理念後來被當時的明尼蘇達州政府擴充為該州的第一個e政府計畫。克里夫特身為一名網路策略家，在想法上也不斷推陳出新。自1998年起，他已在愛沙尼亞、利比亞、蒙古、智利等30多個國家發表演講，分享透過數位創新建立新興社群之經驗，並用各種面向呈現了有關公開政府與線上民主的故事。克里夫特在2006年獲選為社會事業創新網絡Ashoka的成員，現為e-democracy的執行董事，並為多個組織團體擔任顧問。在e-democracy旗下，他領導了一個能通十種語言的BeNeighbors.org團隊，希望能跨越人種、民族、世代、與國籍來連結網路上(外)的芳鄰。 透過線上民主新聞通訊(Democracies Online Newswire)與新的公開政府與公民科技臉書群組(Open Government and Civic Technology Facebook Group)，他每天與全球上千位數位領袖交流。
