    POFENG LOCF 簡介

 

TTCAT090The Open Culture Foundation (OCF), is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, founded in 2014 by several members of Taiwan’s open source community. Our main goal is to support local communities advocate the use of open technologies in broader sectors, including open source software, open hardware, and open data. We help government, enterprises, and NGOs better understand the benefits of adopting open source, and promote the importance of open data to the public sphere. We believe that a culture of open collaboration is the foundation for an innovative society, and the engine of a participatory democracy.

 

Since its establishment, OCF has supported local communities to run large-scale conferences, seminars, and hackathons, as well as collaborate with a number of international offices and multilateral institutions to deepen Taiwan’s connection to the global open culture community. Some of our past collaboration partners include the American Institute in Taiwan, British Office Taipei, Bureau Francais de Taipei, and the World Bank. OCF also has strong connections with the global open source community, and regularly exchanges experiences with civic tech groups worldwide. Our mission is to build bridges between local and global “open” communities, and hope to act as a mediator for open culture.

 

2016 年開放文化基金會致力於開放政府、開放資料與開源文化等三大領域，持續協助台灣政府與民間組織在該領域之發展策略、國際連結與培力，並集結各大社群，拓展台灣的公民社會與民主科技外交。2016 短短半年時間內，國際交流專案已主辦、協辦超過十場以上國內、外之相關講座，並邀請台灣零時政府 g0v 與其它社會團體，分別組團出訪兩次國際公民科技與開放政府大會。

 

    開放文化基金會國際交流專案

    2016 成果與 2017 計畫簡介：

 

  • 2016 與法國辦事處、加拿大辦事處與美國在台協會合作，接待相關專家來台與舉辦活動。
  • 2016 贊助三位青年參與國際開源大會。
  • 2016 年底啟動 g0v.news，目前有兩位兼職記者與一位兼職編輯，開始產出公民科技、開放政府領域的中、英文報導，並逐步展開與國際公民社群合作。
  • 已與英國、德國、法國、美國、馬來西亞等公民科技 Civic Tech 組織建立深度的互動與合作。其中德國與馬來西亞 2017 將有兩次工作人員短期來台駐點計畫。
  • 2017 與台灣技術社群、國外數位人權相關團體合作，推動東亞人權工作者資安培訓計畫與教材建置。
  • 2017 針對台灣中央與地方政府各項公民參與、開放資料等政策與現況分析研究，預計今年九月發布「開放政府觀察報告」。
  • 2017 邀請英國公民科技組織 mySociety，今年九月在台灣與 OCF 共同舉辦公民科技週 CivicTechFest，並與經濟部 WCIT 世界資訊科技大會合作，預計吸引 150 位國際參與者。

SINGING L工作內容

  1. 整理國際交流財務單據、紀錄、捐款、會議等內部行政業務
  2. 協助國際交流相關講座、年度活動、接待國外專家、出國參訪等對外業務
  3. 連結海外組織的相關連繫事項
  4. 不定期支援各類社群專案之行政工作
  5. TTCAT090支援年度募款相關的行政工作

 

SINGING L基本條件

  1. TTCAT090英文流利
  2. SINGING L自我管理、時間調配與 Multi-task 能力佳
  3. 具備細心與耐心、負責任且不怕煩的特質
  4. 樂於跟人溝通
  5. TTCAT090熟悉文書作業軟體（Google drive：doc, spreadsheet；LibreOffice / OpenOffice；Microsoft Office）
  6. SINGING L熟悉線上協作 ( skype , google hangout, wiki ... )
  7. TTCAT090對公民科技、開源社群有一定的理解，對開放政府相關領域有熱情

 

 

SINGING L加分條件

  1. TTCAT090參與 g0v 社群或其它社運組織之經驗
  2. 國外工作之經驗
  3. 舉辦過國際活動之經驗
  4. 參與國外 conferences 之經驗
  5. 第二外語
  6. 其它專業能力、特殊經驗與專長

 

    上述加分事項請於申請時提出，舉辦國際活動經驗須註明負責哪些事項

 

SINGING L工作地點

  1. 台北市中正區八德路一段 94 號 4 樓
  2. 可申請 remote 工作

 

工作時間

TTCAT090工時雙週 80 小時，可自由安排。

 

SINGING L工作待遇

  1. 月薪 36,000 起，申請需附期待待遇面議
  2. 享有勞健保

  1. 2017 不砍七天假，滿三個月即享有一年七天特休
